What we use

Applyvex uses only strictly necessary cookies. We do not use advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not share cookie data with third parties.

The cookies we set

• Session cookie — set when you sign in, so the app knows it's you on each request. It's HTTP-only (not readable by page scripts), sent only over HTTPS in production, and scoped with SameSite=Lax. It's removed when you sign out.
• Short-lived connection cookie — set briefly only while you connect a Gmail mailbox, to protect that flow, and cleared as soon as the connection finishes.

Local storage

In the demo mode of the app, your data may be kept in your browser's local storage rather than on a server. That stays on your device and is not a cookie.

Managing cookies

Because these cookies are essential to signing in, blocking them will stop you from using your account. You can clear them any time through your browser, or by signing out. For more on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
